Who We Are
Sellers Senior Center is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens in our area by providing quality human services, social contracts, recreation, nutrition, and advocacy. Membership is welcome to anyone 50 years of age or older regardless of religion, gender, race or color.

How We Started
Sellers Senior Center was incorporated in May of 1980 and was located in the old Edgemoor Elementary School on Edgemoor Road. Our center was named for the Sellers Family Estate which was located in that area. With the help of local politicians, the Edgemoor Community Center and our center moved into Mount Pleasant Elementary School in 1989. In January 2018 we relocated our center to 2800 Silverside Road, inside Silverside Church due to cuts in our State Funding and rent increases.
