‘FEEL BETTER’ FITNESS CLASS'

Mondays & Wednesdays and Fridays 9:40 - 10:40AM

Cost: $3.00 per class | Instructor: Eric Wolf
“If you don’t MOVE it - you will LOSE it”; Classes consist of:
       10-15 minute walking paced warm-up
       30 minute work-out while sitting
       10 minute standing work-out
       5 minute relaxation cool down
These exercises are good for Seniors with Arthritis, Osteoporosis, or Cardiac Rehab. Participants will gain muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility through gentle movements, chair exercises and stretching

Cribbage, is a card game traditionally for two players, but commonly played with three, four or more, that involves playing and grouping cards  in combinations which gain points.

The 1 and 3rd Thursdays of each month. Join us and play Rummikub, Farkle, Wii Bowling, what ever you want.

CREATIVE CARDS

2nd & 4th Thursdays each month, 1:00PM

Fun, Fellowship and Learning! Learn to make creative cards using a wide variety of paper crafting products: rubber stamps, punches, ink pads, die cuts and more! Class is advanced. Class size limited to 12. Reservations are required 1 week in advance. Cost: materials only. If you don't show up for the class you are still required to pay the instructor for the materials.
